All potential clients must agree that they have read and agreed to all content on this page before conducting business.

Simple-
We will begin with deciding what type of design you want while considering any previous design schemes you or your company have already established. You will fill out a 2 minute style guide, we'll then discuss it if needed and usually the next day you'll have your first set of mockups. We provide a number of free revisions and after you have agreed with the final design you then you pay.
Quality-
Each graphic is developed using the best software available and will be delivered to you in the proper formats for web and stationary use.
Speedy-
With an average 3 day turnaround or less, we call ourselves speedy! We stay in contact with you through out the process so you can be in control of your investment.

On our website you will find company information, logo design procedures, pricing info, etc. We vow to do business with our clients based on this information with honesty, fairness and impartiality

The following terms and conditions pertain to each design job and serve as an agreement between Demiurgic and its customers/clients. Before receiving artwork from Demiurgic, clients are required to agree with the following 14 clauses.
Main points are in bold.

1. All logos and other artwork created by Demiurgic are the property of Demiurgic until they are purchased, at which point they become property of the purchaser. The copyright to these designs then belong to the client.

2. Clients concede permission to Demiurgic to use their logo created by Demiurgic in our portfolio strictly for sample display purposes. No logo on the Demiurgic website can be used for any purpose, by any individual or company except the purchaser of the logo and/or the party/parties given permission by the purchaser to use the logo.

3. Demiurgic retains the right to refuse any logo request for any reason at any time especially for reasons dealing with issues of morality. In such cases, the client making the request will be notified immediately.

4. Demiurgic retains the right to cancel service at any time if payment as long as payment has not been received. In most cases due to lack of communication with client or unreasonably excessive free samples.

5. Final drafts for artwork will not be released until full payment for this artwork has been received by Demiurgic Semblance . Demiurgic is not responsible for payments claimed to be lost by mail or otherwise not received by Demiurgic Semblance. Cases such as these will be dealt with on an individual basis. Demiurgic has no incentive or desire to withhold artwork after receiving payment for the artwork--final artwork will be emailed to the client immediately after payment for the artwork is received.

6. Logo design procedures listed on theour website will be followed as closely as possible though there may be cases in which procedures must be modified. Demiurgic is not responsible for customer-end unmet deadlines.

7. Customers agree to pay the current price (price at time of order) specified on the Demiurgic website for logos and artwork packages they intend to have. Clients will pay for artwork in U.S. funds. Payments may be sent via 3 methods. 1. By Mail ,check/money order. 2. Online through paypal.com using a debitor credit card. 3. Non-paypal members may also use paypal's secure credit card payment system. These previous 2 forms of payment may be reached via our paypal link on our Prices/Order page

8. Clients agree not to sue Demiurgic for any reason.

9. Demiurgic is not obligated to make changes to artwork free of charge beyond what is stated in the design plan. If excessive revisions are required the client must pay $10 each revision. The client wll be notified before a new revsion is needed so approval of the cost is accepted.

10. Clients understand that finalized artwork will be zipped and sent to payer via email, therefore clients paying for artwork must have a file decompression program (decompression programs can be downloaded free of charge) such as WinZip or StuffIt Expander in order to open finalized artwork. Demiurgic is not responsible for client inability to utilize final artwork due to file decompression issues or due to any other circumstance. We only provide designs in the formats listed. Other formats may possibly be purchases in addtionto these; however we can not be held responsible if you are unable to properly use our designs in the formats we provide. Some printers may charge a low additional fee to convert files into their prefered format.

11. Customers understand that all designs, including logo designs and stationery designs, are sent solely via email to customers even after payment. This means Demiurgic does not print logos on stock or stationery nor does it mail hardcopies to customers. We deliver our services via an email containing zipped digital files that are ready for print and web use. If agreed upon by Demiurgic, we may also deliver designs via CD for a $25 fee.

12. Demiurgic is responsible for sending artwork for which valid payment has been received to the sender of the valid payment. Once this artwork has been received by the payer, however, Demiurgic is no longer responsible for the artwork.

13. Customers are not obligated to pay for any of our corporate identity services unless he/she has a desire to receive finalized high-resolution digital artwork.

14. Customers agree and are encouraged to ask questions regarding any misunderstood section or sections of these terms and conditions before requesting any type or any amount of artwork from Demiurgic.

No information provided to us will be given out or sold to third parties for marketing reasons. In the event Demiurgic Semblances concedes it business all records will be sealed and will not be passed along to another company.

Your privacy is kept private, you will never receive spam, newsletters, or any such annoyance. So enjoy your business. :)

All designs/concepts/logos belong to Demiurgic unless purchased by a client. Any theft of images, text, or logo concepts from Demiurgic or our clients is not allowed and will be met with legal action. By viewing any concept you accept these terms.

I am a student and have done a large study in graphic and web design. I have tried to abide by all laws I am aware of. I have taken some clipart and images from outside sources which have state images were royalty free. If any portion of my site either in text or image was illegally/improperly used, I am unaware and apologize.
